    1 The sEACer client can be downloaded from the uEAC svn repository. The sEACerclient for Windows and Linux can be downloaded from the following links.   
     1The sEACer client has been designed to run on both Windows and Linux platforms. Testing has been performed to confirm installation on Windows XP, Ubuntu 8.04, and Ubuntu 8.10 versions. For Windows, it is not necessary to have python installed. For Linux, you will need python 2.5.x installed along with the python packages numpy and twisted.
