About the tutorial

A tutorial on Event Processing in Weather Responsive Scientific Workflow Cyberinfrastructure.
Presenters: Beth Plale, Jeff Cox, Chathura Herath, Scott Jensen, Yiming Sun - Department of Computer Science, Indiana University
The goals of this tutorial are:
1. To share the motivations, architectural considerations, research outcomes, and tools used in event processing in the LEAD science supporting cyberinfrastructure.
2. To provide a hands-on experience with the production LEAD portal.
3. To discuss the number of individual tools that have emerged from the project that are supported for use in other applications.
